The Sikh Museum Initiative supported the Leicester Museum service in holding the first Vaisakhi event at Leicester Museum & Art Gallery for many years.
The day was filled with a brilliant Vaisakhi performance by Falcons Primary School pupils, Talks & activities by Sikhmuseum, Gatka demonstrations, Arts & Crafts and so much more! Such a fantastic turnout and so many positive comments from visitors. Thank you to everyone who came and participated to make this day a great success!

There was lectures by Gurinder Singh Mann and Kartar Singh.
The Sikh Museum Initiative 3d display proved to be very popular with queues forming to try out the Virtual Reality set up.
