Punjab Cultural Heritage Day (Free Event)
12pm to 5pm
Celebrating Punjab and Sikh history as part of Heritage Open Day with a number of events across Thetford Town centre. Including lectures, guided tours (see flyer for details). There will be a Wreath laying ceremony for Saragarhi Day.
The Sikh Museum Initiative will be in attendance:
1) Akali Turban in 3d-You will be interact with our 3d Sikh relics and artefacts on our digital touchscreens
2) Lectures: at the Guildhall, Thetford IP24 2DS
1pm: Maharajah Ranjit Singh and the Sikh Empire by Gurinder Singh Mann
3pm: Digitization of Sikh Relics and Artifacts by Taranjit Singh
